The Women’s Leadership in Practice Series is for anyone who wants to take the inspiration and momentum of the Durango Women’s Leadership Conference even further—or jump in for the first time. Join us for four Tuesdays in April, 4:30–6:00 p.m., where Conference presenters will lead hands‑on, high‑impact workshops.

April 7 — Michelle Flemmings, MD The GROW Lab: A 90-Day Plan to Move from Stuck to Achieving Your Next Milestone Done spinning in "Can I? Should I?" Walk away knowing exactly what's in your way — and precisely how to move toward the milestone that matters most.

April 14 — Maggie Emerson Worthy of More: Putting Your Identity Shift into Practice You can't out-strategy a self-worth problem. Build your identity blueprint for leadership and wealth — and ditch the doubt.

April 21 — Melissa May Beyond Burnout: Turning Hard-Won Lessons into a Stress Management Plan At the Durango Women's Leadership Conference last month, 57% of the room rated their stress at a 7 or higher. Practical tools to protect your energy and manage stress — because your leadership success is too important to let burnout win.

April 28 — Robin Duffy-Wirth The 4Cs in Action: Diving into Courage, Confidence & Creating Change Move from hesitation to action and create meaningful change in your work and your community.

Leave each session with something tangible—a plan, a tool, a framework, or a personal insight that supports your leadership journey!

Whether you attended the Conference or missed out, we hope you’ll be part of this energizing, community‑centered series designed to build confidence, deepen practice, foster connection and strengthen leadership across the region. Push your own growth with guided activities and real‑world application.

Enrollment includes the entire series, held on April 7, 14, 21, and 28th, from 4:30 - 6pm at the Center for Innovation on Main Street in downtown Durango.
