Full course description

The Women’s Leadership in Practice Series is for anyone who wants to take the inspiration and momentum of the Durango Women’s Leadership Conference even further—or jump in for the first time. Join us for four Tuesdays in April, 4:30–6:00 p.m., where Conference presenters will lead hands‑on, high‑impact workshops.

Join Robin Duffy-Wirth to dive into courage, confidence and creating change, Dr. Michelle Flemmings through a journey of defining your leadership objectives and creating an actionable plan, Melissa May to recognize and address early signs of burnout, and Maggie Emerson to explore how identity shapes confidence, decision-making, and financial growth!

Leave each session with something tangible—a plan, a tool, a framework, or a personal insight that supports your leadership journey!

Whether you attended the Conference or missed out, we hope you’ll be part of this energizing, community‑centered series designed to build confidence, deepen practice, foster connection and strengthen leadership across the region. Push your own growth with guided activities and real‑world application.

Enrollment includes the entire series, held on April 7, 14, 21, and 28th, from 4:30 - 6pm at the Center for Innovation on Main Street in downtown Durango.
